Yellow-rumped Tinker Bird Pogoniulus bilineatus

Small, crown and back black, white stripe on forehead and along neck, wings edged with bright yellow. More often heard than seen: short bursts of clinking notes and musical high-pitched trill. Perches in middle strata of forest, darting after insects; also eats fruits. Common resident.
