Black-fronted Bush Shrike Telophorus nigrifrons

Medium, crown and nape grey, back yellow-green, below orange -yellow, black line from bill to behind ear is diagnostic in male. Tail yellow-green (diagnostic). Loud, resonating bell like call. Often heard but seldom seen. Canopy of evergreen forest. Fairly common.
